The organization of the programs on this website is carried out by the company Tripulação Salgada (Pedro Martins Unipessoal - NIF 204545021), with headquarters Rua costas novas, Nº 128, 4910-011 Âncora
Reservations
Reservations are only considered effective after full payment of the total program price and within the established deadlines.
We reserve the right not to accept a reservation for which payment was made after the previously indicated deadline. In this case, we will refund the entire amount paid.
Reservation Methods: Tripulação Salgada customers can book their tour online, without needing to contact our operators, or via backoffice, speaking directly to the Reservations Department (via phone or email).
In either method, the conditions foreseen are the same and, in case of need, the support from our operators is exactly the same.
Payment Deadlines
After payment, we send you the invoice and receipt for the purchase by email.
If you want an invoice with a NIF (Tax Number), you must give us this information at the time of booking, that is, before our invoicing system issues the invoice.
After the indicated period, reservations that have not been paid for will be automatically canceled and, therefore, the respective seats on board will not be guaranteed.
Boarding Voucher
After payment, we email the voucher for the customer to print (mandatory) and hand it to our onboard attendant on the day of the cruise.
The voucher printed or shown via email will not only help when boarding, but will also comply with the obligations imposed by law.
Pricing
The prices indicated on this website are correct at the date it was updated and are in force during the current year.
The values shown are in euros (€) and include VAT at the corresponding rates.
Since our programs are subject to unforeseen variations in government charges, taxes, surcharges, or other external charges outside the company, prices may vary throughout the year.
However, the customer with a reservation will be informed in a timely manner of any changes.
Cancellation Policy
Tripulação Salgada reserves the right to cancel any trip or program in advance, if (at least) one of the following situations occurs:
- charter of the planned vessel or facts beyond the company's control, such as (but not limited to);
- bad weather conditions and unfavorable navigability;
- damage to navigation locks;
- mechanical breakdowns;
- strikes or unavailability of third party services, unforeseen delays;
In the cases described above, the customer may choose to reimburse the amount already paid or accept another trip suggested by Tripulação Salgada, with the respective price variation.
These cancellations do not require additional payment of any compensation.
Claims
Possible complaints are only considered when made by participants during the tour/trip (to our on-board assistant or by calling our offices directly) and presented in writing within 5 days after the date of service provision.
All complaints that reach us are analyzed and duly responded to.
Any dispute that we consider relevant and serious will be resolved in the Porto District Court, to the express exclusion of any other.
In compliance with law no. 144/2015, we inform you that to resolve consumer disputes, the arbitration committee of Turismo de Portugal must be contacted: www.turismodeportugal.pt.
Taxes and fees
The price of the trip/tour includes applicable taxes and government fees.
The same applies to all services contracted with Tripulação Salgada.
